Originally a US company started in 2010, The Beachwaver Co. is currently expanding to Europe, and approached International Accounting Solutions to assist with setting up operations here in Australia.
Beachwaver’s creative and cost-effective expansion to Australia
To service the increasing demand for The Beachwaver Co. products in Australia, a third-party warehouse agreement was arranged to receive the imported product.
International Accounting Solutions set up the Australian subsidiary which manages the business through the warehouse.
Once the Australian subsidiary was set up, ongoing services include –
- Accounting Services – maintain accurate accounting data and reports to meet both Australian and parent company accounting requirements, and comply with local taxation, inc. GST obligations.
- Corporate Secretarial Services – act as a resident company director and registered office.
- Inventory Management – oversee and control the ordering, storage, systems and liaise with third-party warehouse.
