When Scytl wanted to set up an Australian subsidiary, the chose International Accounting Solutions to assist them with their strategy. Here's how we helped.

Through its range of highly secure voting solutions, their systems allow for efficient management and transparency of the various parts of the election cycle, from pre-election, election to post-election.

They have managed over 100,000 government and organisation electoral events to increase voter participation, democratic processes and improved election transparency, in more than 20 countries.

How International Accounting Solutions helped

Scytl recognised a need for an Australasian presence to establish itself as a viable e-voting software company and to attract new customers.

With no experience in Australian legislation and accounting practices, they needed expert advice and trusted accounting services, so the new team could concentrate on business development.

International Accounting Solutions Services established the Scytl Australian subsidiary and advised on employment relations law. Ongoing services include

  • Accounting services – maintain data and reporting practices to meet both the Australian and parent company’s, accounting, taxation and payroll requirements.
  • Corporate secretarial services – act as resident company director.
  • Business advisory service – allowing Scytl to make informed future growth decisions.

Scytl’s experience with International Accounting Solutions
